Noon day sun prevents cancer

Brand new international research has concluded that the best time to be in the sun is between 10 am and 2 pm.

There are two reasons for this.

First, because the sun is more intense you need less time out in it.

Second, and really interesting is that when the sun goes down towards the horizon, the 290 to 315 nanometers UVB, that causes your skin to produce the vitamin D, is filtered out much more than the 320 to 400 nanometers UVA, which is highly correlated with melanoma.

  1. …that is interesting! I didn’t know adout this specific hours and numbers. A few minutes of beeing under the sun in a wrong time might create a long time health problem…Interesting! Sergey.
