  5. I have been practicing qigong for about six months three times a day for 5 minutes. I sleep on my back with my hands crossed on my lower stomach. I repeat 5 short positive affirmations (mantras) mentally about 10 times, by which time I am generally asleep. Just lately I have been waking up early in the morning feeling calm and alert, but with my hands incredibly warm. It feels as if my hands are on fire with energy. I eventually fall back to sleep.I am waiting for the next feeling in my development. Most exciting !!. Regards to all …
PS I am 70 years old.
